Ads and Featured Articles

Firstly, this website will include occasional paid posts and featured articles. In plain English, this means I have been paid a modest fee for inserting a relevant link or sentence within the blog post.

In line with UK law, all paid articles must be identifiable at the top of the blog post, before the content. I will either use “This is a partnered post” at the top of the post, or the phrase, “Partnered post” to disclose the fact the post contains paid placement.

This payment could be either for a link insertion, paid product review or promotion within the post.

Guest Posts

Secondly, I feature occasional guest posts on my blog. I will always introduce the contributor before inserting their piece.  As well as mention that the content is a guest post. I am not paid for including these. They may or may not be paid and will be clarified on an individual basis.

If it says Guest Post, it’s safe to assume I received no payment for including the post. On occasions when it says, “Paid guest post”, you can assume I received payment for featuring the guest post.
